This workshop is a presentation style AI agent build session using Microsoft’s Copilot tools, with zero code. We will discuss the scope of a real mission, connect to only approved department content, set simple rules, and put our agent to the test in practical scenarios. You will see where quick AI agents beat generic chat by handling requests, producing first draft reports, pulling policies, and sending the job to a human when it gets complex. If you are licensed to Copilot Studio or Microsoft 365 Copilot, you are welcome to join in the build process. The session ends with a concrete step by step blueprint, and a checklist so you can move from proof of concept to real adoption in both IT and operations. Please bring a device with M365 Copilot or Copilot Studio available to join along and a Credly skilling badge will be provided to those who attend.
