Ross Puritty, is a student at Yale Law School and the Founder and CEO of Hotwash, a public-safety learning platform. He is a former U.S. Army Ranger officer who served in the 75th Ranger Regiment as a Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, and Project Manager, leading elite teams on direct-action raids, large-scale training exercises, and the final closure of Bagram Airfield in Afghanistan. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. At Yale, Ross focuses on the intersection of public safety, technology, and law while growing Hotwash, which is currently deployed with six fire departments across Connecticut and Michigan to help agencies capture and analyze lessons from the field to improve every response.
