Chad Crouse is an Operations Battalion Chief with the Saint Lucie County Fire District, bringing more than 20 years of fire service experience. Formerly a Division Chief overseeing Community Risk Reduction, IT, Communications/PSAP, and Emergency Management, he has led major initiatives advancing technology integration and operational capability. He is also a respected educator and active member of the IAFC Technology Council, helping shape the fire service’s approach to emerging technology and cybersecurity readiness.
