Assistant Chief James "Ben" Marts has spent 18 years with Odessa Fire Rescue, working his way up and learning the job from the ground up. He’s especially passionate about bringing new technology into the fire service and finding smarter ways to help his team. Ben is known for being hands-on, approachable, and always up for solving a problem. Outside the firehouse, he’s a proud husband and dad, and his faith is a big part of who he is.
