Segments to Sensemaking: How GeoAI is Accelerating Search & Rescue with SARCOP

This session is about AI providing decision support. Esri will discuss how ArcGIS AI— is turning thousands of observations into clear next steps. NAPSG will quickly orient leaders to SARCOP—the multi‑agency SAR platform in use across FEMA US&R and state/local partners—and the technology that’s making it faster and safer to operate: remote‑sensing imagery with automated PII blurring, and search‑segment analytics that reduce overlap and raise the probability of find. Then we’ll shift to the indispensable foundation: training. We’ll share patterns that work, plus early results from using AI to auto‑generate and refresh training content, update videos, and translate materials for multilingual crews, so readiness keeps pace with operations.
