She has worked across various industries, guiding teams through strategy, structure, leadership development, culture, conflict resolution, and change.
Maria holds a degree in Sociology from California State University, Fullerton, and a master’s in Organizational Leadership from the Chapman University System. She is certified in Project Management, Agile, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Change Management, Emotional Intelligence, Coaching, and Situational Leadership.
